This Data Policy describes how user data is handled inside the Linse platform.

Data Minimization

We collect only what is needed to operate Linse effectively.

Training Data Usage

Your data is not used to train or fine-tune AI models unless you explicitly enable “Improve Linse with my data.”

Retention & Deletion

By data type:

You can:

Delete all data permanently (Settings → Account → Delete Account).
Export all data (Settings → Data → Export, or contact data@scopeagi.com).
Archive conversations (in-app archive function preserves data without showing in active list).
Withdraw training consent at any time without affecting account access.

After account deletion, all personally identifiable data is permanently removed from production systems within 30 days. Anonymized usage analytics may be retained for service improvement.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.

Data Transfers

Data is processed in the United States. For EU users, we apply GDPR-lite standards, including opt-out controls and full deletion.
