Your tools. Connected to Linse.

Six integrations bring your work into reach, with permissions you review before connecting.

Linse connects to Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Google Drive, Google Tasks and Notion. You connect the accounts a task needs and review the permissions. Gmail is currently send-only and does not read your inbox. A connected account gives Linse access to that service; the workflow still follows its own approval requirements.

Available connections

Connect the services needed for your work.

  1. GmailSend email for approved replies and follow-up workflows. The current Gmail connection is send-only; it does not read your inbox.
  2. Google CalendarCalendar context and scheduling for appointment and meeting workflows.
  3. Google ContactsContact information to help identify recipients.
  4. Google DriveAttach files you select from Drive to bring their content into the conversation.
  5. Google TasksTasks connected to your work and commitments.

Access and execution are separate

Connecting a service supplies access. An approved workflow determines what Linse does with it.

  • Appointment confirmations, invoice follow-ups and sales follow-ups run on Business ($99/month), with the required accounts connected. Linse proposes the work, you approve the plan, and it continues within that authorization. When a step needs your decision, it asks.

What “AI agent” means here

Yes. Linse has AI agent capabilities: it can use connected tools, carry out approved work and continue follow-ups while you are away. Living AI is the product positioning; AI agent describes these capabilities. Automatic appointment, invoice and sales workflows require Business ($99/month), the relevant connections and your approval. Autonomy is scoped to the authorized workflow.

  • The Execution Space keeps track of commitments and reminders you request. It does not independently monitor every project or send unattended project alerts.
