Open Linse in your browser and describe the outcome you need, by voice or chat.

1. Choose a SpaceUse My Business for invoices and business work, My Clinic for appointment coordination, Sales for your pipeline, or Execution for commitments and requested reminders.
2. Give it contextShare the relevant information or files. Each Space keeps its own working context and memory across sessions.

2. Connect the relevant accounts

Linse connects to Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Google Drive, Google Tasks and Notion. You connect the accounts a task needs and review the permissions. Gmail is currently send-only and does not read your inbox. A connected account gives Linse access to that service; the workflow still follows its own approval requirements.

1. Start with the tools the task needsFor invoice follow-ups, connect Gmail. Appointment and meeting workflows can also need Google Calendar and Google Contacts.
2. Review permissionsRead the permissions shown when connecting each service. Linse works with the accounts and information you authorize.

3. Review and approve

Appointment confirmations, invoice follow-ups and sales follow-ups run on Business ($99/month), with the required accounts connected. Linse proposes the work, you approve the plan, and it continues within that authorization. When a step needs your decision, it asks.

1. Check the proposed actionReview the recipient, message and plan before approving a workflow that communicates on your behalf.
2. Let Linse continueOnce approved, the workflow can continue without another prompt for every step. Decisions outside that authorization come back to you.
