Linse Quickstart

Five minutes to set up your workspace, connect context, and start collaborating with Linse.

Sequential workspace setup cards linked along a glowing path.

This guide walks you through your first session with Linse. You will create a workspace, add teammates, and learn the fastest ways to get helpful answers.

1. Create your Linse workspace

Sign in with your work email at app.scopeagi.com to spin up a workspace. You can invite teammates at any time—roles and permissions can be adjusted later.

  1. 1

    Choose a workspace name

Pick something memorable. You can rename it in settings whenever you need.

  2. 2

    Define access controls

Set default visibility for new conversations (private, team, or open). These controls can be overridden per thread.

  3. 3

    Invite collaborators

Share workspace invites via email. Each teammate can manage their own notification preferences.

2. Add your first sources

Linse works best when it has context. You can connect documents, knowledge bases, and tools in minutes.

  1. 1

    Upload reference files

Drop PDFs, decks, spreadsheets, or meeting transcripts. Linse indexes them privately to your workspace.

  2. 2

    Connect integrations

Use native connectors for Google Drive, Notion, Slack, and GitHub. Data stays scoped to the folders or channels you select.

  3. 3

    Tag sources

Apply tags like “Product”, “Legal”, or “Q3 roadmap” to filter responses later. Tags never leave your workspace.

All data stays encrypted in transit and at rest.

You can disconnect any integration instantly—Linse will remove synced content within minutes.

3. Start your first conversation

Ask Linse to help with a real task. Describe the goal, share relevant context, and tell Linse how you’d like to receive the answer.

  1. 1

    Describe the outcome you want

Example: “Draft a status update for the revenue team covering pipeline, blockers, and next steps.”

  2. 2

    Reference stored context

Mention a file or tag (“Use the Q3 pipeline spreadsheet and last Friday’s sync notes”). Linse will cite what it uses.

  3. 3

    Refine with follow-ups

Ask Linse to adjust tone, length, or format. Every iteration is saved so teammates can see how the output evolved.

4. Share and review

When you’re happy with the result, share it with your team. Linse keeps a traceable history so you can review how the answer was produced.

  1. 1

    Publish to a workspace channel

Post the output directly to Slack or copy a link to the conversation for review.

  2. 2

    Capture decisions

Turn the final answer into a saved note or add it to your decision log with one click.

  3. 3

    Archive or delete context

Remove sensitive inputs or entire conversations anytime. Deletions are permanent and propagate across integrations.
