Please review the terms that govern your use of Linse. We believe in fair and transparent usage policies.
Use of Service
- You must be 13 or older.
- You agree not to misuse Linse or attempt to access our systems unlawfully.
Your Content
- You retain ownership of your inputs.
- By using Linse, you grant us permission to process them to operate the service.
- Optional training use applies only if you opt-in.
AI Outputs
Linse provides AI-assisted workflows for medical, legal, and financial professionals, including specialized Spaces (Medical, Legal) tuned to those domains. Outputs are decision-support tools, not professional advice. Linse does not replace consultation with a licensed physician, attorney, or financial advisor, and you should not act on Linse's outputs as if they constituted such advice.
The Medical Space in its current MVP is not HIPAA-compliant. Voice mode is also not HIPAA-compliant. Do not use either for protected health information.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Delaware law.
Subscriptions & Billing
- Paid plans renew automatically until canceled.
- You can cancel at any time in Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
- Annual subscriptions purchased at a discount are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
- Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for partial periods, but you retain access until the period ends.
Limitation of Liability
Service is provided “as is”. Scope AGI, Inc. is not liable for damages resulting from use or inability to use Linse.
